Courtney Goodnough is a board-certified family practice nurse practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from The University of South Dakota in Rapid City, South Dakota in 2010 and then earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice at University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota in 2019. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She completed the Registered Nurse First Assist program through The National Institute of First Assisting and Southwestern College in San Diego, California in 2022. She has 15 years of nursing experience in the surgical intensive care unit in Rapid City, South Dakota, family practice, and women’s health and obstetrics. She has experience as a nurse practitioner in women’s health and obstetrics as well as first assistant in surgery. Courtney is passionate about teaching and utilizing a preventative approach with her patients. She values the importance of patient centered care and she enjoys working with her team to ensure patients receive the best care possible.
I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I wouldn’t change, just keep up with the positive attitudes and energy in the whole building. It makes it feel more relaxed instead of a “doctor’s office.” Thanks for the amazing care that I have received.
